Description of Boston character

I saw this man in the Boston train station and asked if I could take his picture. At first he refused until I told him I was a painter and this would be a portrait. He was pleased at hearing this (as you can see) and I was able to produce this engaging piece. My wife was visiting Boston a few months after I had completed the portrait and she took a print along with her hoping to run into him, which she did. Showing him the print she wasn’t quite sure he understood that it was a print of a painting – oh well.
