Mouette heading home

Much of this image is based on a wonderful photograph taken by the great 20th century yacht photographer family of Morris and Stanley Rosenfeld. I have changed quite a bit to make it my own including coloring, and changes to the sky and water. The image was taken on Long Island Sound in the mid ’30s as Mouette is headed home in the late afternoon. The well dressed lady on the stern has the best seat in the house.
