Pop’s Victory

My father won the Long Island, NY summer series (perhaps ten races total) in 1937 and thus had himself and his boat “Blue Jacket” photographed by the famous yacht photographer, Morris Rosenfeld. Based on that print I have produced this image having taken some liberty with both the sky and the water to produce a bit more drama to the scene.
